These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the mxt.gg client portal (the "Portal"). By accepting these terms and setting a password, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not access the Portal.
Access to the Portal is invite-only and provided to you by mxt.gg. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Portal is provided so that you can review your time logs, contracts, invoices, and estimates. You agree to use it only for these purposes and not to attempt to access data belonging to other clients or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Information shown in the Portal, including hours, rates, estimates, and invoices, is provided for your reference. The contract between you and mxt.gg governs the binding terms of any engagement. In the event of a discrepancy, the signed contract prevails.
All content, branding, and software made available through the Portal remain the property of mxt.gg or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page.
