This Privacy Policy explains how mxt.gg collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use the client portal (the "Portal"). We only process the data needed to deliver our consulting services to you.
We collect the email address used to invite you, the password you set (stored securely as a hash), and the records associated with your engagement — time logs, contracts, invoices, and estimates. We may also collect basic technical data such as log information needed to keep the service secure.
Your information is used to authenticate you, display your engagement data, communicate with you about your account, and operate and improve the Portal. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider and protected by access controls so that each client can only view their own records. Contracts and other files are kept in private storage and accessed through secure, time-limited links.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Portal (such as hosting and authentication), and where required by law. These providers are bound to handle your data confidentially.
We retain your data for as long as your engagement is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to those obligations.
